Here's a little sneak peak into the history of WinDee.

3rd January 2023
First Date

The first steps of the WinfiniDee journey took place on a clear "windee" day at Dubai's La Mer beach.

11th January 2023 onwards
Lands apart

We took a leap of faith jumping into our long-distance relationship between Holland and England, armed with Wi-Fi, plenty of emojis and virtual dates.

3rd February 2023
Snowflakes falling, hearts soaring!

A visit to Deena's sister in Germany gave us our first snow-y experience, building tiny snowmen and having epic snowball fights in the hills of Scheidegg.

18th March 2023
Pasta, gelato, and amore!

Our taste buds went on a wild ride from pasta in Venice to gelato in Milan, with each bite fuelling our amore and expanding our waistlines!

19th April 2023
"Will you marry me?"

I popped the question where it all began, in the choir loft at St. Mary’s Church Dubai, because why not?

And I said "(HECK) YES!"

YES, he truly nailed it with the Infinity ring – pure charm, bling, and elegance, all in one!

Engaged and Blessed

The next day, with our parents beside us, we got our engagement blessed by our priest, marking the beginning of our journey towards the sacrament of Holy Matrimony.

Punting glory

That time when we (admittedly, with Winston taking the lead) punted our way through the Oxford canals, proving that navigating love and waterways requires equal parts skill and charm!

18th September, 2023
WinDee escapade

Braving the elements, we conquered England’s southern coast on our first hike together, marveling at the ocean’s beauty for 16 adventurous kilometers.

28th October, 2023
Pumpkin Palooza

Gathering with friends for our first pumpkin carving, we got our hands delightfully messy and turned ‘em pumpkins into quirky masterpieces with some trusty carving tools!

Wedding planning

Armed with Pinterest boards and endless enthusiasm, we dove headfirst into wedding planning with our families by our side. From venue scouting to designing invitations, we’re turning every challenge into a cherished memory as we countdown to our big day!
